RETURNS POLICY:

  • We charge £1 return fee, which will be deduced from your refund.
  • Items must be returned 28 days of the receipt
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed. 
  • Items must have all tags attached. 
  • Return Authorisation Slip must be included in your return package.
  • We offer prepaid return labels ( We charge £1 for the label, which will be deduced from your refund) for UK customers, however, you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to AKARI. 

IMPORTANT: AKARI reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

You can exchange an item purchased on our website within 28 days from the date of the shipment confirmation.
The exchange will be possible as long as it is an exchange for the same item (same reference number), by colour and/or size, it is in perfect condition, the price has not changed and the store has the item in stock.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE PROCESS:

  1. Repack your items and attach the prepaid returns label that came with your order.
  2. Scroll down to use our simple returns applicationYou will need your email address and order number before continuing. ( Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email).
  3. Select your preferred option (exchange or refund) and give a reason.
  4. Select the shipping method "Ship myself at carrier of my choice".
  5. Take your item to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office.
  6. Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.

Defective or Faulty Product
If, under rare circumstances, you have received a defective or faulty item, the quickest solution is to return to us. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
Once we receive the product , we will check the condition of the garment. In the event that the defect is confirmed and we have the item in stock, we will exchange or return the item according to your preference immediately.

Refund Period
Refunds will be made to process the order in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank.

Incorrect Refund
If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service department customerservice@akarimanswear.com and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.


Please remember that AKARI reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent outside the set period and those containing garments which are not in the same condition as when they were received.
